At MX Printz, we strive to ensure our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. This return policy outlines the conditions under which returns are accepted.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Standard Clothing (Non-Customized):
You may return unworn, unwashed, and unused clothing items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition with tags attached.Customized & Personalized Items:
Products that are customized, including those with embroidery, prints, or other personalization, are non-returnable and non-refundable unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on the following:
Customized or personalized items (embroidered or printed).
Items marked as “Final Sale.”
Worn, washed, or damaged items not caused by MX Printz.
3. Defective or Wrong Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@mxprintz.store. We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost.
4. Return Process
Email our customer support team at info@mxprintz.store with your order number and reason for return.
Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your return.
5. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).
6. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective items.
- If the return is due to an error on our part (defective or wrong product), MX Printz will cover the shipping cost.
